The Institute for Financial Education is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial literacy by bringing educational resources directly to the public. We are committed to enriching our local communities through financial awareness.
We provide informational workshops to individuals, companies, and organizations on a variety of financial topics. The workshop content provides valuable financial information to empower people to grow in their understanding of their personal finances. Our workshops are taught by local volunteers with an expertise in financial topics.

For over 20 years, he’s helped individuals and families navigate financial decisions with clarity and confidence—especially as they prepare for retirement. Known for making complex topics feel relatable and judgment-free, Tyler brings both deep expertise and a heart for service to every conversation.
Passionate about bridging the gap between goals and readiness, Tyler is driven by a simple mission: help people live with intention at every stage of life.

Andrew graduated with his Masters in Professional Accountancy from Illinois State University in 2009, and obtained his CPA designation shortly thereafter. He went on to work as an auditor for the State of Illinois and later for the corporate headquarters of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, all while maintaining a CP

In 2014 Andrew transitioned full time into the financial consulting business, helping not only individuals with tax and estate planning, but also spearheaded initiatives to incorporate financial education into the workplace. First by volunteering for, then co-founding an educational Non-profit, Andrew has traveled around the country being a keynote speaker to Fortune 500 companies, prestigious employer organizations, and even the Federal government, invited to speak by Federal Occupational Health EAP, the FDA, and Army Corps of Engineers to name a few. He has become the go-to planner for Federal Employees across the country and a significant resource for Federal Executive Boards across the country.
On the personal side, Andrew is husband to his beautiful wife Christine, and father to a 90 lb. Mastiff named Lyla. The Hall's embrace St. Louis, living in the city in order to support as many local events as possible, and volunteer at several organizations. If you don't catch him teaching a class at the Community College, library, or local business, you can find Andrew walking the dog or riding his bike around Forrest Park, at the Whitaker Music Festival at the Botanical Gardens, or hiking on trails along the Missouri River.
